No consideration for motion sickness
In their desperation to punish smokers, they've forgotten that people who suffer from motion sickness also need access to fresh air. And so by removing all access to the outside world at terminal 5, they have forced me to breathe in the overpowering smell of a dozen fragrance shops until it literally caused me to vomit. I still have over an hour to wait for my connection, so another round of vomiting is all but guaranteed. This also means I will vomit on my second flight.
All I needed was ten minutes of fresh air.

Charging Taxi drivers (black cabs are a…
Charging Taxi drivers (black cabs are a public service) is nothing short of scandalous. It is a money grab pure and simple. The Web page to pay is shocking and does not enter your registration details

Do not travel through Heathrow Terminal 5 with children
Do not travel through Heathrow Terminal 5 with young children if you can avoid it. We arrived early (just under 3 hours before our flight) so we had time to have breakfast with our 13 month old after staying at the aerotel at terminal 3. They did not announce our check-in gate until 2 hours before then did not inform us until after we queued at bag drop that there's a special children's check in area. The free activity pack did not make up for our poor experience. A surly security guard then made me lift my son out of the pushchair even though we learned there was a lower camera later. This made security eve. More difficult as our son would not go back in the chair.
The security staff where mostly supportive but then we had to fold the pushchair to get through. I was grateful not to be travelling alone as I was on our outward journey. Fortunately, the person checking our liquids was kind - it made me tear up. We then didn't have time to feed him breakfast despite arriving with plenty of time. He will not eat first thing. We managed to grab something quick (snack food) and change him despite the huge queues. When we got to our gate, families with young children were abandoned and we had to ask someone to help us in the lift. Staff were borderline hostile and uninterested. We then had to scramble at the bottom of the bridge to fold our pushchair. We'll avoid British airways in future based on this experience. Better family support is needed and staff could be kinder.
Heathrow T5 short stay RIP OFF
Heathrow T5 short stay parking are opportunistic & overcharge for delaying exit by 4 hours. As my flight delayed by 5 hours Heathrow Airport charge a late exit fee of £83! Totally unhelpful (even if polite) tough, go away & pay it! Cannot find anywhere in their T&C’s. Hate this type of opportunistic crap!

Information about delayed flight provided very late
We have been told at the last minute that flight is delayed for 1 hour although information was available well in advance because the inbound file was delayed.
This tells me that nobody cares about people. Travelling is a stress and they can make it even worse.

We land around 16:20 and when we receive uk border check it was 20:40. My wife was sick and was dizzy and we ask for doctor they said doctor will arrive in 30 minute.
It was 21:00 when we receive luggage. Such a poor service and staff were just walking around pretending like working I informed 4 staff and took 20 minute just to get water for my wife who was nearly fainted. For what I pay tax and national insurance form 2011 if they can't give water to my sick wife.
Deserves 0 horrific transit from plane to passport
Deserves 0 - the transit train from the plane is too slow waiting times are too long, don’t build an airport that is based on a train to take you to the terminal or passport control. Joke of an airport

Departing from Heathrow Terminal 4
Departing from Heathrow Terminal 4, security staff here are poorly trained, lack basic customer service skills and display ignorance I wouldn't expect from a chimp.
None of these people want to be here. Management will be part of the problem as this kind of nonsense always comes from the top - sort your act out!
Terrminal 5
Terrminal 5 , fast through passport control, but after 80 minutes, still waiting for baggage, only after complaining does BA make announcement , dont worry we are aware that not all bags have been offloaded.
Ridiculous
Such poor service
We are at the bottom of the board compared to so many other airports

I visited Switzerland Watches whilst in the departure lounge at Heathrow. Matayo and Dean were very welcoming and informative on their products. It was refreshing to meet such nice and friendly people, especially after travelling all night. Thank you for a pleasant experience in your shop.
Heathrow recruiters are lazy to help
Heathrow recruiters are lazy to help. Clearly the was a issue with the assessment and they refused to do anything. These people should be punished I hope they are get cancer.

White line Meet and Greet parking
White line Meet and Greet parking
Absolutely appalling service, returned to Heathrow terminal 2 31/12/2022 and called the number again and again no answer. Managed to track our car as it has a tracker. Car dumped on the Sipson Road, damaged had to stay in a hotel over night last minute. Now being recovered with the car by the AA no key for car etc. Police informed and told us there were another 59 customers in our position but unfortunately for them there cars are still missing.

Baggage reclaim delays
We got off the plane fine, slight delay before disembarking. Immigration went smoothly. However reaching baggage reclaim there has been a 1 HOUR wait before seeing any new bags from the flight. Bags on other carrousels came and finished before ours. This is ridiculous.

Security bag check staff horrible very rude, condescending to people who don't speak English fluently, almost racist in their attitudes and manner, none of them clearly want to be even there !!! Shocking and new staff or re training needed.

Do not use POD parking
Used POD parking, a premium service. Had to wait 20 mins for a working POD. Screen instructions did not help clarify what was going on , as a POD came in and then shut down to charge, we moved to another station, then the POD re-opened up. Everyone confused. They promise a POD every 30 seconds, ha ha ha, ho ho ho, funniest thing I have heard this December.. Have been in correspondance with them, just excuses. It was poor service..Do not recommend this and will not be using this again.
